BC10: 1234, can you notify OEM, reason being this transformer is the supply line for Metropolitan Hospital, they are now running on emergency power, they can't continue to do so for 24 hours.

10-86-1234 - 10:08 hours (Foam Operation)
BC10: Can you transmit a 10-86, we're applying foam to the transformer fire at the request of ConEd.

Hospital 18 story 400x500 class 1.  Entrance to fire command station on driveway on 97 or 99 st 150 yards west of 1st Ave.  A.k.a. Metropolitan Hospital Center.

DC3: Progress report, at Box 1234, we're going with the CIDS for the size-up, at this time we're using All-Hands, we have 1 line stretched, 1 line in operation with foam.  As previous stated the fire is darkening down, fire is Doubtful.

DC3: At this time we have a confined space operation going on with ConEd entering the vault, Rescue is in control of that.  The hospital is on emergency power, only part of it, not the entire hospital, all CO levels are normal.  We have no need to evacuate any part of the hospital.

DC3: At this time on Box 1234, ConEd needs to remove some of the foam in order to get to the last feeder cable, we have 0 PCB levels.

FC: Progress report #3 for All-Hands 10-86 at Box 1234, at this time ADC Donnelly, Division 3, reports: All power has been cut to the vault by ConEd.  You can place the fire at Probably Will Hold and he will begin releasing companies shortly.

DC3: At this time we still have some high CO levels, they're going down, in one of the rooms in the basement.  We're going to maintain an FD process on the scene.  We're in the process of releasing some units, they will go 10-8 as they become available, those units will be taking time.  Still Probably Will Hold.

DC3: Advise E44 they will be relieving E22.  We will be leaving Battalion 10 as the Incident Commander with L25 and E44, all other units will be going 10-8.  Give the Under Control.
 
Also, Look at Foam 95 havibg mechanical difficulty. Looks like those recycled 21 to 23 year old 1987-89 Mack CF/Ward Foam wagons are not that dependable anymore. ???
 
Looks like maybe Foam 96 couldn't cut it, either.  Maybe they should think about reworking a few of the Seagraves that are going out of service as the Marauder IIs come on line??
