13 minutes from when BN 35 confirmed person in water to the under control, makes me wonder how many Soc battalions made it into the scene?

This has the potential for a fascinating Conversation: So; Safety Btn., Rescue Btn., Marine Btn., All On-Duty; [$$$], In-Qtrs./ Available...

So No Harm in Responding, Right ? Midnite River Rescue [ If Now a Function of FDNY], could get 'Tricky', put the Chiefs Out There being Chiefs...

4 & 3 + SOC Support Truck On-Land ? Yeah, seems a Bit Much. + AH Cheif ? = Yeah,  Too Much. jmho  ;)

Don't forget in addition to all of the FDNY command staff on scene they would probably also quite a few command staff from the EMS side.
