-D8 incident in a 10 story brick MD. Source of smoke is from an overheated boiler in the basement. 3 apartments evacuated with elevated CO readings 22:08

-E159 and SAT5 are 10-8 22:13

-D8 the boiler has been shut, the CO levels are dropping. primary and secondary searches are negative. Probably Will Hold 22:12

-D8 medical branch is checking out residents of the 10 floor. We are Under Control 22:14 52 mins

-D8 we have 7 residents from the 10 floor being evaluated by EMS for CO symptoms. We will continue operating with the units we have now 22:21

-D8 we have checked floors 9 through 4 and all condition are normal 22:28

-D8 we will continue to try and lower CO levels and will release B42 and any units not on the scene. Also requesting DOB. And a Mixer-Off message 22:30

-D8 10-45c4 with others being evaluated by EMS 22:38

-D8 OEM has told us the DOB will be here in the morning. At that time, dispatch E155 to show them what exactly is going on. We are 10-8, B22 is the IC 22:53?

23:39hrs. - Division 8 requesting 4th Engine and any unit on the 10-77 not 10-84 to go 10-8. Division 8 transmitting (1) 10-45: Code 4. Division 8 reporting using 3 & 2, waiting for CO levels to subside in basement.

Right across the street from the quarters of E166/TL86. Both companies were on a run, E154 got in 1st due.
