There have been many changes throughout the years in this area once known as "Hells Hundred Acres". In 1946 response was E30, E13, E55, E20, L8, L20, BC3, with L1 on the 2nd alarm: Then around 1970 it was E55, E13, E27, L8, L20, BC5, with L1 responding on the 2nd.

Was definitely Battalion 2 as the initial BC, with BC1 the 10-75 BC.
Battalion 2 is back at 68 Thompson street now (2024hrs) investigating a light smoke condition in the building, was a phone alarm for electrical fire in the basement.
