1547 - MD - ERS Box reporting a structure fire.
1554 - Bn. 6 - Reporting a transformer fire in the courtyard. Requesting a Purple K unit (E-33 w/ PK).
1558 - Bn. 6 - Transmit the 10-75.

1601 - Bn. 6 - All Hands - We have high CO readings on the 1st floor, primaries are negative on the 1st floor. 1 L/S, checking for extension.
1602 - Bn. 6 - We are evacuating the upper floors; the residential portion.
1604 - Div. 1 - Special call 2 additional trucks and have them stage at 1st Ave. and 34 St. (L-11, L-4).
