Address: 55 E 124 Street between Park and Madison

Chemical Fumes in a 2 story 170x170 school (New York College of Podiatric Medicine).

1136 - MD - Reports of a chemical odor and that the foot clinic is being evacuated and there are 10 patients.

1153 - Bn. 12 - All Hands - 100 people evacuated.  3 victims being treated by EMS, green tag.

TL-23 FAST

1157 - Bn. 12 - There are now 7 victims being treated by EMS, 5 with coughing symptoms, 2 with difficulty breathing. 

1159 - Bn. 12 - Return all special units except Haz-Mat Battalion and the FAST Truck.  DWH - Duration 27 minutes.

1212 - Div. 3 - Primaries are complete and negative.  Shutting down the HVAC system and searching for the source of the fumes.  There are now 9 green tag victims with EMS.

1234 - Div. 3 - We have the HVAC shut down in 55 E124 St. and are in the process of shutting down 53 E124 St.  Still trying to determine the source.  DWH - Duration 1 hour.

1245 - Div. 3 - The odor has dissipated throughout the building.  Secondary searches still in progress.  PWH - Duration 1 hour 12 minutes.

1303 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are complete and negative.  Looking at surveillance video to try and determine the source.  Under Control. E-35, L-28, B-12, & HMB will remain on scene, all other units taking up.  Duration 1 hour 30 minutes.

I believe the G-Man theory is when a company is normally assigned in on the box and they are out on another run and miss the job or go in out of order. Not to sure might have to ask a senior guy or G-Man (Tom) from SI himself

You're right, my G-Man Theory is a good indicator of where the next big job is going be if nearby a company is out on training, preventive maintenance, medicals, or an EMS run.
