4-2-S-R due to calls.

E-3 transmitted the 10-75 for a fire on the 2nd floor of a commercial.

1713 - Div. 1 - Fire started in the resturant on the first floor and spread to the 3rd floor thru the duct work.  3 L/S/O.  All visible fire knocked down.

1718 - Div. 1 - Special call 2 additional Trucks. TL-21, TL-9

1729 - Field Comm per Div. 1 - Primaries are complete and negative.  4 L/S, 3 L/O, this will be an extended operation with extensive overhaul.  DWH - Duration 38 minutes.

1735 - FC per Div. 1 - PWH - Duration 44 minutes.

1758 - Div. 1 - All secondaries are complete and negative.  Under Control - Duration 1 hour 7 minutes.

16:59hrs. - Battalion 7 reporting fire on the 2nd floor w/extension to the 1st and top floor of a 3-story 40'x50' commercial building.

17:01hrs. - MD advising Battalion 7 receiving address of 682 6th Ave.

17:02hrs. - Division 1 10-84.

17:08hrs. - Safety Battalion 1 responding.

17:13hrs. - Division 1 reporting all visible fire is k/d. Fire started in the restaurant on the 1st floor w/extension through the ductwork to the roof. 3 L/S/O's. Fire is D/W/H. Notify ConEd and Board of Health.

17:19hrs. - Division 1 requesting 2 additional Trucks S/C on the 2nd Alarm. Tower Ladder 21 and Tower Ladder 9 assigned.

17:35hrs. - Division 1 reporting fire is now P/W/H.

21 just went in on the 2nd Alarm w/TL9 as the extra Trucks. I believe 3 was the original Extra Truck w/5 coming in on the 2nd.

When they rattled of the restaurant names McDs was not mentioned. So I think Willy D is safe
