Fire on the 14th floor of a 22 story 150x150 MD.

Box loaded up due to calls.

L-123 FAST - E-248 4th Engine

0306 - Bn. 38 - Transmit the 10-77.

0307 - Bn. 38 - We have (2) 10-45 no codes. We need ALS ambulances.

0308 - Bn. 38 - Attack stair "B". Fire on the 14th floor.

0313 - Bn. 38 - All Hands - Fire is knocked down. Primaries are negative in the hallway of the 14th floor.

0324 - Div. 15 - Fire Apt. 14D. Primaries are negative in the fire apartment. We have water on the fire. The 10-45's are on the 13th floor with EMS. DWH

0331 - FC - The secondaries are negative in the fire apartment. Trucks are venting and checking for pockets of fire.

0336 - FC - Secondaries are negative in the stairs and public hallways. The (2) 10-45's are code 4. PWH - Duration 38 minutes.

When Ebbitts Field Houses were first built E 248 was always 3rd due; this was before E 234 moved south from Bergen Street to St. Johns Place.

Yes John I think 248 came up to Box 1095 Rogers & Carroll the furthest south they would go and run in with 280 & 249

Thanks Jack, but I think that would be north.  The furthest south they went was Avenue J and East 34 Street.
