1226 - L-2 - Can we get a priority response from Con-Ed? We have several different manholes seeping.
1231 - Bn. 8 - Transmit the 10-75. We have multiple manholes involved and an explosion in the basement of 145 East 48 Street.
L-4 FAST
1248 - Div. 3 - All Hands - We have 2 manholes on fire with an explosion on the sidewalk. The explosion was not in the basement. CO in the basement is at 135ppm. We are conduction searches in the building. One precautionary line stretched.
1252 - Div. 3 - CO has dropped to 50ppm. Searches are negative from the 30th floor to the roof.
1257 - Div. 3 - Engine 54 and Ladder 24 can go 10-8.
1305 - Div. 3 - We currently have 15ppm in the lobby of 145 East 48. We have 2 precautionary lines stretched. Standing fast awaiting utilities.
1318 - Div. 3 - Con-Ed is on scene. We have fans venting 145 East 48 Street. Can you send another Truck to relieve the FAST Truck. (L-16)
1328 - Div. 3 - FDNY units still standing fast, awaiting instructions from Con-Ed.
1342 - Div. 3 - Per Con-Ed, we've flooded the affected manholes and are monitoring CO in surrounding buildings. Requesting 2 additional Trucks for relief (L-102 act. L-2, TL-15 act. TL-7).
1345 - Div. 3 - CO has dropped to minimal levels. You can turn around the additional Trucks. PWH - Duration 1 hour 24 minutes.
