I was told - FDNY shut the electric.

ConED came to the scene and turned the electric back on. Some arcing was noticed, and units were called back to find fire in the walls, started from the electric wiring.

Not a rekindle. Seems like ConED wanted to get the power back on a little prematurely, start collecting their fees.
