Car into a 1 story 40x20 commercial building on fire.

0231 - Queens calling E-299 - We transmitted the box.  PD was chasing a vehicle, which crashed into a building and is now engulfed in flames.

0232 - EMS Conditions 53 - Advise all units that the 109 Precinct is conducting a perp. search in the area.

0234 - Bn. 52 - 10-75 the box.  Car on fire in a 1 story commercial.

L-167 FAST

0242 - Bn. 52 - We had a car into a building on fire with slight extension.  All Hands , 1 L/S/O, MBFKD, return all special units.  PWH

0248 - Bn. 52 - Trucks continue to open up, checking for extension.  Place this fire Under Control - Duration 20 minutes.

This started out as an armed robbery of the store & customers by 3 @ the 7-11 on Northern Blvd & 171 St.....they fled & got on the LIE then while being chased by NYPD got off @ Utopia Pkwy & drove throught the streets subsequently crashing into the convienence store on 164 St & Pidgeon Meadow Rd....all 3 under w/one shotgun & all the proceeds recovered.
