Fire on the 6th floor of a 6 100x100 story MD.
1237 - Bn. 38 - Have PD respond, we have a 3 vehicle crash in the same block. E-280 is operating. Please send EMS, air bags have been deployed.
1247 - Bn. 38 - Using 2x2, investigating a smoke condition on the top floor. 1 precautionary line stretched. We have not located the source of the smoke.
1301 - Bn. 38 - Put E-280 back on this box. We are using All Hands - DWH - No additional units needed. We have opened up Apts. F1 & F2 on the 6th floor. 1 L/S to the top floor. Still searching for the intermittent smoke condition.
TL-120 FAST
1316 - Div. 15 - Continuing to search for the source of the smoke. Searches in progress.
1333 - Div. 15 - Primaries and secondaries are complete and negative on the 5th and 6th floors. Opening up further to determine the source of the smoke.
1336 - Div. 15 - We have located the fire in the top floor ceiling on the top floor. It was a smouldering joist with no extension.
1341 - Div. 15 - AVFKD. We had a small electrical fire in the cockloft. PWH - Duration 1 hour 12 minutes.
1347 - Div. 15 - No further extension, all searches are negative. Under Control - Duration 1 hour 18 minutes.
