This would have been a job for the old Fire Patrol guys. Trying to protect materials from water damage but with all that water not sure how much success they may have had.
When I saw this on the news this morning I knew exactly where it was. I worked in there many times over the years it must be even more crowded than I remember. Last time I was in there was probably more than 15 years ago. This building had a great view from the roof while tracing wires though. What a shame its pretty much gone those buildings in The Hook are historic. I remember when they were trying to restore the trolleys to run down there.
