0847 - Bn. 9 - Extra Engine and Truck (E-8, L-25). All Hands - We have fire in the basement. 2 L/S/O.

0858 - Div. 3 - Water on the fire, trucks are opening up. Can we get an additional truck and a Vent Support Unit (L-16 & E-39 w/ High Rise 2). DWH

0906 - Div. 3 - All visible fire is extinguished. Primaries are complete and negative in the hallways and stairwells. PWH - Duration 30 minutes.

0913 - Div. 3 - We are setting up fans to remove the smoke from the basement. Please assign an additional Battalion (B-11).

0921 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are complete and negative in the basement. We are continuing to vent the structure.

0927 - Div. 3 - Start out one more Truck for relief (L-2).
