15:31 UPDATE - Building Dept responding to the Luna Park Houses for the partial collapse. Large part of building being evacuated.

2898 W. 8th St., BN-43, requested a minor collapse response for an interior wall on the 8th & 9th floors which has buckled. (20 sty OMD) Building Dept. to respond.
L-153 (FAST)
R-5/Collapse 5, SQ-1, L-169/SOC Support, Rescue BN, TAC-2
D-8, we have found additional cracks and are evacuating that wing of the building until the Building Dept. makes a determination.
