BC23: Box 4689 we're going to be using 2 and 2 the rest FAST - we have a precautionary line stretched - we are checking  the exposures and awaiting National Grid
Disp: National Grid says they'll send a crew right away

BC23: National Grid representative says they have to get an excavation crew in to excavate the streetbefore they can shut this off - we're going to be 10-99 (Units will operate over 30 minutes) - and they did!!

other side - situation remains doubtful
