E-314 has a truck picking up a dumpster take down power lines the whole block long. Wires are sparking and set the dumpster on fire. The dumpster is attached to the truck still. Bn-54 requesting ConEd with a rush, only a matter of time the truck catches fire. Companies are not applying water until ConEd arrives.
