0500 - Bn. 52 - Transmit the 10-75 for fire in Apt. 6A.

0504 - Bn. 52 - Transmit a 10-41 code 1.  We need EMS and the Marshalls.  We are using All Hands with 2 L/S/O.

0507 - Bn. 52 - Transmit a second 10-45 code 1.  There is possibly a third.

0509 - Bn. 52 - Fire knocked down.  DWH

0511 - Bn. 52 - Confirming the third 10-45 code 1.  Total of (3) 10-45 code 1's.

0522 - Div. 14 - PWH - Duration 31 minutes.

0528 - Div. 14 - Secondaries are complete and negative in the fire apt.  Under Control

That's the correct assignment for this box if all the units were available.

I'm just curious about this; is this a common practice, is this a high-profile case so NYPD is handling it, is this simple misunderstanding of procedures, or some other reason? I know there are others out there more knowledgeable than myself about this.
