Looking at Exp 2 in the pic and Exp 2A on Google maps- looks like the PDs are being demolished. Likely to be replaced with a 6,7,8 story MD with no parking garage, in a neighborhood that is already densely populated and has chronic double parking.

It's happening all over. City of Yes will put the process on steroids.

NYC is going to look like Bombay in 20 years. Developers make $$$, the politicians' get $$ under the table.

The People get a 3rd World city.

So true. Population Density will continue to increase but no more fire companies or EMS units
