Initially E-96 was not available & E-64 got in first. E-96 went 10-8 from another location & was told to respond.
TL-54 gave 10-75

Yes it would have been 1st due for Aviation, that intersection was about 850 feet from the apron of the house. 
Aviation folded around 2003 so they are no longer in service.
