The picture was taken back in March, but I was there a few weeks ago and the renovations from the first fire were still on-going. I am not sure from the news video exactly what part was on fire. I am back in a couple of weeks time and I will take some more pictures and compare.
However, due to the size of the building and structure of the cladding, its unlikely this has been replaced, even on the original fire damage. That is a huge task that would need the entire building to be surrounded by scaffolding and sheeting.
