Box 3358 Blue Hill Ave and Columbia Road, receiving calls. Second alarm on arrival, third alarm by L-29, Three story wooden frame. Heavy smoke condition with exposure to Band D side. Second alarm companies to the rear of Ellington Street with third alarm companies to the front. Xtra RIT engine and ladder by RIT 8. E-28 and L-26. Fire location 19 and 21 Ellington. Fourth alarm by C-7. C-1 is now command, C-7 is Ops.

Looks like each alarm was struck out on the orders of a different officer.

I've got an old Boston audio tape from the 1980's arson epidemic of a building fire in Roxbury. All five alarms were struck out on the orders of Lieutenant Reynolds Engine 14.
