Heading up to Boston/Cambridge to visit my daughter.  Can anyone recommend a Twitter feed similar to FDNY Alerts, etc. to follow jobs up there?  Thanks in advance!

There a a few options to listen to BFD or Boston area radio.  Google Boston Fire Radio.  Also, visit Boston Fire Museum.  Run by Boston Sparks.  They are very active and welcome visitors.  They respond to working fires in Boston area.  Also consider visiting Boston Fire Alarm.  Great Chief.
