BFD does not use FDNY "All Hands" term.

Boston Fire Alarm and companies use BFD traditional term "Strike the Box" as request or "Striking Box in District 4" when Fire Alarm transmits signal.

BFD does not use FAST truck like FDNY. BFD uses RIT team concept with 1 RIT engine, 1 RIT ladder and 1 RIT District Chief (equivalent to Battalion Chief) for broader capability, flexibility and leadership.

Note - This fire appears to be a verbal alarm - neighbor running to E 55 firehouse.

RIT assignment is the first due second alarm engine and ladder.
