Heavy fire on the 3rd floor w/exposure problems. 2 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. All hands working. Companies evacuating building per orders of Ladder 11. Originally reported as a heavy smoke condition in the area of Madison Ave. by Battalion 1. All searches negative. One Code 1(Fire-Related Fatality). Occured at the same time as a Working Fire at 367 Olive St. and a Working Fire at Center St. x Frank St. Engine's 12 and 16(Quint) cleared from Working Fire at Center St. x Frank St. and responded to Box.
