I was watching the NWS Doppler radar yesterday afternoon -- there was a bright yellow patch that sat over that area for hours.  I kept waiting for it to move east, but it was glued over that area near Baltimore.

I was watching the NWS Doppler radar yesterday afternoon -- there was a bright yellow patch that sat over that area for hours.  I kept waiting for it to move east, but it was glued over that area near Baltimore.

I think they got like 7 inches in 3 hours, I'm surprised that bright yellow patch wasn't Red!
