went from a still to a 2-11 alarm. fire on first and possibly second floor of a 5 story building. EMS plan 2 by battation 9 (still). multiple people trapped and people ready to jump. as of 15:55, 5 lines on the fire and all truck companies doing searches and ladder rescues.

corrected address 1040 Hollywood. Response consisted of 8 engines, 7 ladders, a squad (2 Peice rescue/55'snorkel) and other support units. Batallion 9 requested aEMS Plan 2 which calls for 8 ambulances. 2 additional ambulances were s/c. Many rescues over ladders by CFD. Fire building was a 5 story with garage on first floor and apartments above. Appears to be a great job by CFD
