Chicago,IL 1 Dead, 2 Hurt In High-Rise Fire 1/22/13

A second person has died.. News reports show exrtremely heavy damage to the 7th floor apt. There was fire overlapping to the 8th floor causing heavy damage. The apartment faces Lake Michigan, we had a temp of 0 with winds of 25 MPH. Also CFD units were involved in a rescue of a stranded dog on the ice. Do not know what came in first, the dog or the fire but I think it was the dog. Dog was rescued, fire news show heavy fire conditions on the 7th floor.
