A second 2-Alarm fire broke out in Cincinnati just a short distance from the first and 7 hours later. There were reports of a possible explosion. Some units cleared the first fire to respond to the second. A second alarm was requested due to fire spreading to an exposure. Four people were injured including one adult with critical burns, and one adult and two children with minor injuries.
1st Alarm: Engine 24, Engine 21, Engine 37, Engine 14, Ladder 29, Ladder 3, Ladder 35 (RAT), Heavy Rescue 14, Medic 29, Medic 12, Medic 17, ALS 35, ALS 34, District 2, District 1
Added: Ladder 24, Ladder 17 (both left first fire)
2nd Alarm: Engine 35, Engine 12, Engine 31 (operating from Sta. 17 had cleared another run), Ladder 20, Heavy Rescue 9, Medic 35, Medic 29 (s/c), Medic 23 (s/c), Medic 38 (s/c). ALS 32, Milford Support 271 (Mobile Light Truck, s/c)

CFD: Crews on scene of possible house explosion in East Price Hill
Approximately 65 firefighters are on scene following a possible house explosion in East Price Hill Sunday evening.
