Once again it looks like we're being handed the short end of the stick, that's the end dipped in human excrement.

"The 9th Circuit upheld the rights of Mexican students celebrating a holiday of another country over U.S. student proudly supporting this country," Becker said.

I think this says it all. Do you think they would ask the president or senators to take there American flag pins off there collar if they dropped in for a visit. And I am sorry but if celebrating a holiday from another country is leading to issues between students then it sounds like you should no longer be celebrating it. I thought it was interesting how one of the judges said that schools can take away civil rights in the name of campus security. Nothing more than true Americans getting the shaft in America so a small group can act un American in America. But if people wearing American shirts are bothering Latinos to the point it's creating violence then maybe they should just leave America because no one is forcing them to stay. I mean what's next for that school, are they going to have to start flying the Mexican flag at the school, maybe they will have to take the American flag down out front because it's bothering this group of Latino students. And just to be clear, I am not a racist and have many friends of many races. I am positive that the majority of Latinos would not have a problem with an American flag shirt.

An interesting point about this issue is that, from the late '60's to the mid-70's, using the American flag as a piece of clothing - T-shirts included - was a message of protest against USG policies and was often taken as an act of disrespect against Old Glory.  I guess things have changed.

I wonder if the school like most others in America fly the American flag upfront?  Assuming it does, will it fly on this day?  Come on people this is America if you want to be here accept that fact!  If you want to remain Mexican go back to Mexico!  Hopefully at least the school bans Mexican students from wearing anything related to Mexico on American holidays such as Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Presidents' Day, etc.  Seeing the Mexican flag on those days may cause hard feelings.

Most stupid liberalism is cured by a thorough ass whipping! I am afraid this move may be way deeper than what the normal cure can fix! Watch Ukraine as an example of things to come. JMHO, God Bless America!
