The Cumberland FD and the Randolph District FD fought two structure fires in December, 2024. The first one occurred on Dec. 7th around 11 AM. Several rooms were involved as well as the attic. Cumberland FD cut a large ventilation hole in the roof and had the fire under control in about 30 minutes. The 2nd fire came in as a brush fire for the Randolph District FD shortly before 10PM on Dec. 30th. It was a well involved double wide residence, and no one was home. The RDFD used the deck gun and two 1 and 3/4 inch lines.
