Units dispatched to 25 Oval Drive, Dallas Township, for a residential fire alarm. 121-E1 (Driver Alone) arrived on scene to nothing evident. Upon a 360 121-E1 noted a smoke condition in the basement, asking LCC911 to upgrade to a structure box. LCC911 advised 121-E1 that no key holder responding to Alarm. 121-E1 advised LCC911 they will be forcing entry when crews arrive. Found to be a small kitchen fire. 1 L/S/O.
