Also, continued R.I.P. to Capt. John Carreira, Capt. Thomas Macy, and Hoseman Harry T.L. Pang of the Honolulu Fire Department, killed in the line of duty on December 7, 1941. All three men and six other firemen who were injured during the attacks all received the Purple Heart for their actions at Pearl Harbor.
