Dispatchers on 9/11

Was listening to several different audio's of FDNY. And Oh My God--those dispatchers did a AMAZING job, kept calm were able to make some sort of order of chaos. My hat off to you gentleman!!!! I knew FDNY had on one of the best firefighters in the world but I think we have to agree that the dispatchers are also the BEST at what they do!!!

Yes, both the Brooklyn and Manhattan C.O.'s did great. Manhattan did the right thing, rotating out the R.O.D.'s from time to time.
