Engine 264 & Engine 328 Response Areas

Anyone have a map or borders on their response areas

I was told 328 does Beach first to 19 st and 264 goes Beach 19 street up to??  (I seen 265 go to beach 30 street first due a number of occasions).

Is there a reason FDNY has kept 2 engines in this house? Obviously we'd never want to see any companies closed, but when they've closed companies over the years I'm surprised one of these engines was not on the chopping block.
