Drove by Fairfield station number 2 at about 2:30 PM... Bridgeport E4 and L11 parked on the apron. Stop to talk to the men but they didn't know much. They thought that Fairfield FD was all involved at a fire in Southport. Actually, the 800 block of the Westport turnpike is on the very North of Fairfield right on the Easton line. Ffld TL2 returned to qutrs at about 3pm. Not sure if Westport FD covered Ffld HQS but likely.
