You are 1000% correct boss. Back in the day a 'situation' was 'discussed' in the coal bin. It's not just FD or PD that this hangs over, but, it seems that's the way society as a whole is today especially the younger generation. We're expected to hold their hand and tell them how to do their jobs and console them when they do not finish their tasks. I had a guy come to me one night who told me that everyone is calling him an a....le. I looked at him and replied "Think about it for a minute, could everybody be wrong?" That was the last time he ever whined to me or anyone else.
