Hey folks, im working to create a list of the current front line apparatus in the FDNY. Ive browsed through pages upon pages here, searching registrations in the fourms, googled photos of trucks, went to Fire Wika and those sources have answered 99% of my questions, I have a few shop numbers I couldn't figure out, or am not sure why there are gaps, just curious if the folks here could fill me in. The following 9 are what I have left from the engines & Squads. If you have the answers, thatd be awesome. Ian

KP15038, couldn't find a company assigned
SP08002-005 These are the first of the 08's to be replaced by KME's correct?
SP08032 couldn't find a company assigned
SP09003 couldn't find a company assigned
SP09034 couldn't find a company assigned.

Thank you again, Ian

Biggest difference is the cab . . . Marauder II has a full-tilt cab, Attacker is a split-tilt.

Both are split tilt cabs.

From the Seagrave web site, speaking of the Marauder II:  "Stainless Steel Full Tilt Cab
No plastic or fiberglass used in the construction of the cab sub-frame, floor assembly, front assembly, side assemblies, back wall assemblies or roof assembly.
Allows quick and safe access to engine and system components
Tethered control allows operator to stand a safe distance away from cab during tilting operation"

And the Attacker:  "Attacker Chassis
Custom Stainless Steel Split Tilt Cab Design"

Research at the Mand Library shows there was never a SP08032. The highest FDNY registration number of the 31 Seagrave 2000 gpm Marauder IIs of 2008 is SP08031 assigned to Engine Company 92 on April 8, 2009.

That's odd...if you look at the 2010 Marauder IIs, you can clearly see the split in exactly the same place as the 2012 Attacker.
