Fireman Warlick died as a result of injuries sustained while operating at an alarm on September 6, 1965.
Fireman Lorenzo Warlick of Squad 4 and another fireman were treated for smoke inhalation and heat exhaustion. Both were taken to the hospital. Fireman Warlick was placed on medical leave and assigned to Fire Communications, Fire Prevention and District Office 13. He suffered a fatal heart attack on January 5, 1967.
