"Captomo", Tom - this certainly comes into play here in the Connecticut area.
There are numerous brush fires burning throughout the state with dry and windy conditions.
One fire named "The HAWTHONE FIRE" in Berlin, Ct has been burning for FIVE days with water drops from helicopters
Even the National Guard is on scene.

Note in Burned out areas of brush/forest fires, dangers exist from damaged trees and tree limbs falling on firefighters that feel they are in a "Safe Area". Alsos "Lookout" must be posted at all Bush/forest fire to look for danger such as falling/rolling rocks and hillside collapses. Note these too are still a danger in somewhat safer "Burned Out Areas".
