It just never ends does it? Little by little Nigro and company carve away everything that was once good about this job. They have tried for last 15 years to increase number of black firefighters.
Now they think this is going to work? Good luck!
The kids that want to be firefighters are WELL AWARE of when the entrance exam is and what they need to do to pass it. We have plenty of Hispanic. They want job and they do what needs to be done.
We have the black and women numbers for a good reason........most do not want the job!! We shouldn?t be giving this job away for free! Nigro makes me want to puke
