Four Marines were killed when a gunman opened fire at a Naval Reserve Center after previously spraying a recruiting center with gunfire. RIP and thank you for your service. Heaven has four new guards.

RIP to the Marines! This is an hour and a half south of me and I know the area well. The joint reserve center is close to the Chattanooga Fire rescue training center. The distance between scene one and scene two is about 7 miles via surface streets. I am surprised he was able to make the second scene without being taken out by PD or civilian! Just proof of how one determined whack job can inflict death and destruction.

When a military couple faces deployment there is the chance that they may not return. When that couple kisses good-bye in the morning that should never be a consideration. RIP Marines, my family's thoughts and prayers are with you. Semper Fi.
