One firefighter had the right idea when he brought the pike pole.  That was the first thing that crossed my mind.

I had an drunk assault me on the ambulance one night -- closest weapon was a 20 lb dry powder extinguisher.  Worked just dandy.  Then the state trooper woundn't transport because "he was a mess".  Called for an engine and washed him off with 500 gallons of water.

No more calls to that bar for quite a while.  ::)
