VEIS (Vent, Enter, Isolate, Search) underway, first floor Charlie side.
Fire through the roof, Charlie side, everyone being advised to exit.
Squad 1 being advised to pull out.
Evacuation tones declined, everyone is out, going to all exterior operations.
Fire through the roof on Charlie side looks to be making its way to the Delta side.
E3 advised to get their deck gun in operation near one of the chimneys.
Roof collapse.
Command requesting Hampton contact Newport News waterworks, needs more water pressure.
Hampton being asked to see about York, Newport News, and Norfolk for backfill.
Par count underway.
Possible victim, Charlie/Delta corner. EMERGENCY TRAFFIC.
Par count stopped, possible rescue in progress. Believe they heard screaming.

Firefighters battle large blaze at Hampton apartment complex
Fire crews responded to an apartment fire on Marcella Road in Hampton on Monday afternoon. One person was taken to the hospital, and multiple others are displaced.
