HAZMAT DECON SUPPORT UNIT

A recent Department Order shows that the HazMat Decon Support Unit has been moved from Roosevelt Island to the address 104-32 Corona Avenue, Corona, Queens.  IS anyone familiar with that location and what is located there?  Happy 2010.

I checked google maps & it showed a fenced in vacant lot. P/D's and stores nearby. Something probably has been built recently to house the apparatus.
