Incident Location: 2 Keats Place
Late on the morning of Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, the Hicksville Fire Department along with mutual aid companies operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] on Keats Place off Burns Avenue. Firefighters put one hand line into operation off Hicksville Engine 932 for a fire at the rear of a two-story private dwelling. The fire was quickly extinguished before it could extend further. All occupants made it safely out of the residence and there were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation. (Text Credit K2M)
