I think they hit a third on this after shift change. Since HFD is encrypted, I can't be certain. Maybe check with the FBI or MI 6....or North Korea.

I still can't understand why fire departments think they need to have their communication is encrypted. Has anybody ever heard a reasonable explanation for this?
