I get a good feeling considering the interview with the new Fire Commissioner above. He seems to know something about the job and his priories in terms of adding both Fife & EMS Units have to be good. One of the reasons response times are longer are the Bike Lanes and the illegal and Legal Parking that obstruct lanes of traffic. You just can't respond rapidly with so many obstructions to the flow of traffic. I hope this issue will be addressed along with adding additional fire & EMS units.
