Incident Location: 95 Lawrence Avenue
On the afternoon of Sunday, December 31st, 2023, the Inwood Fire Department along with mutual aid companies operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] on Lawrence Avenue off Mott Avenue. Firefighters stretched two hand lines and put at least one hand line into operation for a fire in the basement of a one-story private dwelling. All occupants made it safely out of the residence and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Inwood Chief of Department Curcio [3100] had command of the incident. (Text Credit K2M)
