James City Co. * Working Residential Structure fire* 4718 Hickory Signpost Rd. The structure is involved at this time spreading to 2 vehicles, one elderly male attempting to evacuate the structure, dispatch attaching tanker.

Arriving report - single story structure smoke showing on multiple sides, james city engine 31 has first due engine assignment does NOT have a water supply establishing command an switching all traffic to james city tac 3
Update 1 - utilities located on the Charlie side, heavy fire involvement on the Charlie side. Performing a transitional attack at this time. Engine 31 advising live lines down on the delta side.
Update 2 - rescue 2 arriving par 3 performing primary search. engine 31 entering par 3 on the Charlie side for fire attack. Ladder 31 upon arrival ventilation, engine 41 handling pumping from dump site. Chief 4 assuming safety role.
Update 3 - engine 51 entering alpha side for fire attack, chief 5 advising fire in the attic at this time good knock in the sun room.
Update 4 - chief 5 requesting an additional line to the Charlie side
Update 5 - engine 51 out of water at this time
Update 6 - ladder 31 on the roof for ventilation cuts
Update 7 - rescue 2 has conducted a primary search, negative findings, conducting a secondary search, Par 5. Still have active fire located in the garage.
Update 8 - rescue 2 advising secondary search complete, negative. Rescue 2 new assignment assist engine 51 crew.
Update 9- ladder 31 ventilation complete exiting the roof.
Update 10 - par check completed all units have par, dominion power on scene
Update 11 - York tanker 7 dropping tank water to fill tanker 1 and engine 41.
Update 12 - engine 51 reentering for overhaul in the garage.
Update 13 - Chief 5 reports fire visible from the ventilation hole. Crews have extinguished the fire and Rescue 2 has a new assignment as RIT.
Update 14 - Engine 51, Res2cue, Medic 31, Tanker 1, and Engine 31 to remain on scene Other units may start packing up and returning to service.
